I have to say these pigments are AMAZING !!! they work very well and allow you to do so many things. Eye Shadows may be used dry for a less vibrant look, or wet for a bolder intense look. You can also use them as nail polish just by adding the powder to a half full bottle of clear nail polish(SO MUCH FUN!!).
Since Innocence Eye Shadows are loose powder, reverse your makeup application by doing eyes first, foundation last. This avoids some of the shadow powders from falling on your foundation.
