My base coat was Lucky Lucky Lavender by: O.P.I. and right on top of that i used Significant Other Color by: O.P.I. then I had to let it dry for about 10 minutes. Then I took my white Silk line and made 3 strokes starting from the same point on an angle. I took one light purple rein-stone for each nail and glued it to the bottom of the white lines to create the shooting star. Put a few dots on each side and i was done hope you enjoy!
